Scratch Card Distribution:

• For every RM15 spent in a single receipt, customers will be entitled to one (1) scratch card.

• Scratch cards are limited to one per qualifying transaction, regardless of total amount spent above RM15.

Prizes:

• All scratch cards contain a guaranteed gift.

• Prizes vary and are subject to availability. PlayMade reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent value without prior notice.

• For prizes that come in different styles or colours, these will be distributed at random. Requests for specific styles or colours will not be entertained.

Redemption:

• Some prizes will be provided on the spot, while others may require collection at a later time. In such cases, customers will need to provide formal ID and a valid phone number for prize collection.

• PlayMade will notify customers when their prize is ready for collection.

• Only original scratch cards will be accepted for redemption. Damaged, altered, or illegible cards will not be honored.
